We specialize in group movement experiences that educate and encourage growth within our three fundamental aspects of physical health—
ENDURANCE, STRENGTH & RECOVERY.

Group Pilates Reformer

TOTAL BODY STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY ON PILATES MACHINE

The Pilates Reformer is a spring loaded carriage that provides light-to-heavy resistance in various planes of movement. This class is great compliment to any fitness routine and appropriate for any fitness level. Because of the unique movement repertoire, previous Pilates Reformer experience is required prior to joining group class. Pilates on the Reformer is designed to strengthen deep abdominals, back, and hip muscles as well as strengthen and stretch the entire body.

Small class size makes for a semi-private environment where each client will receive individualized attention to ensure correct form & movement.

Duration: 60 minutes

Prerequisite: Confirmed previous Reformer experience or complete our Intro to Pilates Reformer Series (2-sessions scheduled privately, email for more information)

Reformer (+weights)

INCREASED CHALLENGE WITH WEIGHTED PROPS ON PILATES MACHINE

Reformer (+weights) is recommended for Pilates practitioners looking ramp up their Pilates practice. The addition of hand weights or weighted props to existing Pilates movements increases the level of difficulty by challenging balance & stability in movement. Participants should be comfortable standing on a carriage with little to no support prior to joining class.

Small class size makes for a welcoming semi-private environment.

Duration: 60 minutes or 45 minutes

Prerequisite: Confirmed previous Reformer experience or complete our Intro to Pilates Reformer Series (2-sessions scheduled privately, email for more information)

Reformer Foundations

IMPROVED BODY MECHANICS & WITH FORM FOCUS ON PILATES MACHINE

Reformer Foundations is recommended for individuals looking improve their Pilates practice by slowing down the pace of class to encourage proper breath work, body mechanics and form. Enhance your fundamental understanding of the Pilates Reformer apparatus and expand your Pilates movement repertoire.

Small class size makes for a welcoming semi-private environment. This class is also appropriate for individuals requiring modifications due to injury or fitness ability.

Duration: 60 minutes

Prerequisite: Confirmed previous Reformer experience or complete our Intro to Pilates Reformer Series (2-sessions scheduled privately, email for more information)

Strength60

TOTAL BODY STRENGTH & HIGH-INTENSITY CARDIO INTERVALS

Strength60 is a powerful strength class that packs a full-body workout into 60 minutes. Each class is unique and based around different types of strength intervals--often infused with some high-intensity cardio intervals. Expect to use your own body weight as well as a myriad of props--free weights, slam ball, BOSU, stability ball, bands, foam roller, agility ladder and more.

Duration: 60 minutes

Strength45

FORM FOCUSED STRENGTH

This effective 45-minute strength intervals class is designed for individuals wanting to move at an intentional pace with extra time to focus on form, breathing and often heavier lifts. After a solid warm-up, we'll slowly break down our movement patterns, choose non-impact exercises and provide ample rest intervals. There will still be adequate time/progression options to challenge your body but with fewer sets/movements than our traditional Strength60 class. To round out our time together we'll close each class with mobility exercises.

This format is a great option for those new to strength training, coming back after time off or wanting a training day with less intense programming.

Duration: 45 minutes

TreadStrength

BEST OF BOTH WORLDS: INCREASED STRENGTH + CARDIOVASCULAR ENDURANCE

This ultra efficient and highly effective workout combines the best of both worlds into one training session: increased strength + improved cardiovascular endurance. We’ll split our time between the mat + the treadmill. After adequately warming up, half of class will focus on building power by performing strength based intervals (bodyweight & with weights/props) on the floor and the other half will improve stamina with timed treadmill intervals. This fast-paced, form-focused class will leave you feeling strong and accomplished.

Recommended for intermediate/advanced level but coached inclusively for any level of fitness.

Duration: 45 minutes
