Class & Cancellation Policies:

Please help us make it fair & easy for all to schedule & attend classes! We appreciate your understanding/adherence.

We ask that clients scheduling Group Equipment (Pilates Reformer, Strength45/60, TREADStrength) make any needed cancellations 12 hours prior to the start of class. Failure to do so will result in the charge of a single class (regardless of reason for cancellation and whether or not class was full). Please arrive early to your scheduled class; if you do not arrive on time your spot may be given to someone else. You will not be permitted into class if you are more than 15 minutes late. Please see our equipment class page for more information on our waitlist policy.

We kindly ask all private appointment clients (including Intro to Personal Training/Pilates Reformer) to make cancellations 24 hours in advance of scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in the charge of one full session.

No refunds or transfers will be allowed after the purchase of an item.

-NEW no-show, no-cancel policy

Effective immediately we’ve updated our no-show class policy. If a client fails to show up for class and has not late canceled their registration online, there will be an additional auto-charge of $5 to their account. Clients will also still be charged for the full class as stated in our existing cancellation policy. An email or text message to the instructor/ leadership team does not count toward the no-show policy. Reservations must be late canceled on Mindbody Online.

Those with a studio monthly membership are exempt from this new policy but are still subject to our late cancel policy below.
